I have tried the product for a week, 2 days straight it gave a HUGE stomachache, when I called them about it they told me to return the unused portion in order not to be charged, which I wasn’t told when I was ordering it, they said no obligation just 14 day trial, but when you want to cancel they come up with excuses.
The product has a very strong medicine smell, doesn’t get washed off easily, had side effects on me so far. 1 month supply was very small, will finish in 2 weeks. After using it for 5 days half of it was already gone. The company has a very poor customer service, I had to call them over 5 times to finish my conversation cause it was keep on disconnecting in the middle of a talk. Horrible experience, in 5 days didn’t notice anything, have photos if you need them, just reply me here a post with your email.
If you really care about your health, I wouldn’t suggest this product, they all say it’s been clinically tested and proven to be safe, but even Advil and Motron only now after all these years are reporting health problems, this has a very strong medicine smell, I’m pretty sure it will have some kind of side effect; if not now, later for sure. I’d rather be healthy and with stretch marks. There will be more healthy ways to get rid of it.
This company (Striation) stoled me $ 59.95 four weeks ago. They never send me the product, I never find a costumer service representative and they never answer my emails. This is a RIP OFF. Can’t believe I fell for it. I read reviews on their website w/ the free trial offer. They had an endorsement by a woman who said she used it during her entire pregnancy and she never got a stretch mark. I have used it during mine (DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE) and granted, I have not yet gotten a stretch mark (currently 7 months along) but who’s to say it’s b/c of this product? I have not used it daily, thank goodness. More like once or twice a week. I think it was divine intervention that I have not used it very much. Here’s why: So I called to CANCEL it b/c I have been charged a grand total of $289.60 for something I barely use and I have 3 tubes left. Of course, they want to know why I want to cancel. I told the rep – I have 3 unused tubes of it and only 2 months left in my pregnancy so I don’t need it anymore. She said – oh no – are you using it during your pregnancy? I said – well yes – that’s why I got it – to prevent stretch marks like the endorsments on the website said. She claimed that their website says the product is not recommended for use DURING pregnancy and that I should stop using it right away for “safety purposes.” I asked what are the risks – she had no answers. So – my reason for posting this is two-fold…maybe someone will read it and NOT fall for it the way I did – b/c it is WAY too expensive for what you get. Secondly – your health depends on it. You wouldn’t think a topical lotion would cause problems but you can’t be too safe…if it’s not safe to use DURING pregnancy – I don’t think I would want to use it at all…pregnant or not. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME on this product, it does nothing to help cure stretch marks. Does not work and the company promised to give me some sort of rebated. I’ve called three times and they still promised to send it to me everytime. It’s four months later and now their phone number just rings and hangs up. Horrible experience and the lies that they tell you just to get your money. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES AND A BIG RIP OFF, can’t believe I fell for it.
This comapny is a total rip-off, on top of a poor customer service. They charged my credit card for the free trial offer. But they never sent the product. I followed up after 1 month and the lady rep said I have to call back after 1 one week, saying something’s wrong with their computer system and that they can’t access customer records. I called back today and their customer service number is no longer working. They just stole my money away!!
I didn’t even know about the big charges until I had my pay check deposited in my bank account and it was still negative. I never received my free trial either actually I forgot all about it until they stole money from me after calling them I was hung up on several times and they also told me they had no such name accout etc..finally I told them I was going to be talking to my lawyer they quickly found my account I got my money back 2 months later but I was still stuck with all the overdraft fees etc. Never did get a sample but boy am I glad I didn’t!
